It is one of the key departments of Bin Aweidha Group which comprises the financial affairs, Personnel and public relations division. The Department is managed by the Legal Consultant and Counselor . It provides legal advices to Mr. Rashid Bin Aweidha Al Qubaisi, the Chairman of the Board and Mr. Abdulla Khalifa Bita Mashwi Al Qubaisi, the Chief Executive functions of the Group establishments and companies and follow-up all the cases at advocation offices. It also carryout all the legal activities required for the establishment of new companies and establishment in the name of the Group or amend the status of the existing ones, in addition to all other legal matters of the Group.
